We offer our customers the option to return products within seven (7) days of the delivery date, with the exception of certain products that may not be returnable (e.g., final sale products). All returned products must be unused and suitable for resale. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned product. Any products not returned in accordance with the established return procedures may be donated or destroyed, and no refund will be issued.

At the post office, we recommend that you request a tracking number.

Our warehouse will automatically process a refund to your original payment method upon receipt of your returned order. The amount of your refund is determined solely by the products you are returning, and does not include shipping and handling charges.
