TR = Treble Crochet

P = Picot (Ch 3, insert hook into front loop of the third chain from the hook, yarn over, pull through all loops on hook.)

CH = Chain

ST / STS = Stitch / Stitches

SL ST = Slip Stitch

SK = Skip

FLO = Front Loops Only

BLO = Back Loops Only

FO = Fasten Off

Materials:

Hooks: Crochet hook that is convenient for you when using such kind of yarn. I used C / 2.50 mm hook.

Yarn weight: Sport (1.76oz / 50g, 131yds / 120m)

4mm black plastic eyes

Stuffing

Scissor

Stitch marker

Sewing needle

Ghost Body

Use White Yarn.

Rnd 1: 6 SC in magic ring [6]

Rnd 2: 6 INC [12]

Rnd 3: (INC, SC) x6 [18]

Rnd 4: (2 SC, INC) x6 [24]

Rnd 5-9: 24 SC [24], 5 rounds

Rnd 10: (3 SC, INC) x6 [30]

Rnd 11: (2 SC, INC, 2 SC) x6 [36]

Rnd 12: (SC, HDC, DC, HDC, SC, SL ST) x6

Ghost Hand (make 2)

Use White yarn.

Rnd 1: 5 SC in magic ring [5]

Rnd 2: (SC, INC) x2, SC [7]

Rnd 3: 7 SC [7]

Cut the yarn, leaving a long tail for sewing.

Hat

Use Orange yarn.

Rnd 1: 8 SC in magic ring [8]

Rnd 2: 8 INC [16]

Rnd 3: (INC, SC) x8 [24]

Rnd 4-5: 24 SC [24], 2 rounds

Rnd 3: 4 SC, HDC, DC, 2 TR, DC, HDC, 4 SC, HDC, DC, 2 TR, DC, HDC, 4 SC [24]

Embroider the face in the hat with black thread.

Leaf

Use Green yarn.

Make a magic ring, we are going to crochet the leaf in this ring.

Ch 5, start in second chain from the hook: SL ST, DEC, HDC;

Ch 5, start in second chain from the hook: SL ST, SC, HDC, DC;

Ch 4, start in second chain from the hook: SL ST, INC, HDC.

Fasten the ring, Ch 1, crochet around INC, SC, P, SC, SK 3, SL ST, 2 SC, P, 3 SC, SK 3, SL ST, P, 4 SC

Large Pumpkin (make 2)

Use Orange yarn.

It’s worked with turning rows.

Rnd 1: Ch 10, start in second chain from the hook: SL ST, 7 SC, SL ST, Ch 1, turn. [7]

Rnd 2-121: BLO SL ST, 7 SC, SL ST, Ch 1, turn. [7]

Small Pumpkin

Use Orange yarn.

It’s worked with turning rows.

Rnd 1: Ch 9, start in second chain from the hook: SL ST, 6 SC, SL ST, Ch 1, turn. [6]

Rnd 2-10: BLO SL ST, 6 SC, SL ST, Ch 1, turn. [6]

Stem (make 3)

Use Green Yarn

Rnd 1: 4 SC in magic ring [4]

Rnd 2: 4 INC [8]

Assembly

Sew the pumpkins as the below photo.

Free Crochet Patterns Pumpkin

Sew the hands to the body.

Glue the 4mm eyes on the body and apply blush to the face.

Embroider the nose with red yarn.

Crochet chains to connect the pumpkins and the ghost.
